- Based on the need of Business partners, we create the Product customized insurance plans by partnering with Insurance companies.
- We then integrate these customized. Insurance plans with the tech systems of the Business partners by creating customized APIs on our SAAS platform.
Role Review:
- The purpose of this role is to lead and drive renewals to achieve 13th month Persistency Targets and Overall Collection targets.
- This job requires a self-motivated individual with strong traction & renewal chasing skills.
- The candidate needs to work closely with all stakeholders and develop a strong rapport especially with sales team.
- The role holder is expected not only to drive the customer renewals but also needs to bring awareness of persistency.
Role and responsibilities.
- Rigorous follow-up and strong monitoring of renewals on all stages Premium Paying (Due)/ Overdue/ Lapse/ Deep lapse.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure timely resolution of customer queries (Internal and external) and built healthy work relations.
- Manage renewals & persistency by liaison and partnering with stakeholders across all levels.
- To ensure high monthly collection based on the targets assigned on monthly and quarterly basis along with providing superior customer services.
- Regular customer visits to make them understand the policy features and renewal collection.
- Special focus & drive on non-contactable & negative customer base.
- Create and Publish daily/ weekly/ monthly MIS on renewal collection progress.
- These reports to be published on business requirement and management decision.
- Strong liaison to be maintained with local sales team to ensure timely closure of pending renewal cases and trace non-contactable customers.
- Prerequisites - 5-8 Years of work experience in renewals collections/ persistency in Life Insurance.
- Well Versed knowledge of Excel for data tracking & creation of MIS as per requirements.
- Should have knowledge and understanding of basic regulatory requirements and how to meet these on day to day basis.
- Experience of managing customer service/ renewals in any Life Insurance company.
- Good Interpersonal, communication and articulation skills.
