Senior Manager- Trust Fund

Role & responsibilities

Trust Fund Team Lead is responsible for providing support in the Trust Fund Activities, which include Provident Fund, Pension Fund ( including Pension on Higher Wages) & Superannuation Fund related activities as per below: Escalation Tracker, MIS , Death related SPOC, Transition of PF codes to new entities, Handling queries and reporting to Sr Management with resolution , Recruit Third party, Set up Helpdesks, etc.

- Pension & Superannuation Fund Settlement.

- PF, Pension & SAF Transfer In & Out

- Employee query handling. - Government compliance.

- Checking Monthly ECR filling activity.

- GL Accounting / Reconciliation.

- Contractual Employees PF & related Compliances

- Attending Hearings, Replying to EPFO queries, Handling PF Inspection and Audit, Liaison with RPFC & LIC

Preferred candidate profile

• Functional Knowledge of Skills (Must Have) Good knowledge about Provident Fund Act, EPS scheme & GL Accounting with Proficient in Computer skills.
• Leadership Behaviour Confident, Honest, Ownership , Accountable
• Educational Qualification BCOM / MBA or any Graduate Post Graduate
• Technical Skill required Good hand on Advance MS Excel & Macros
• Language Proficiency Effective verbal and written Communication in English, Hindi & Marathi
