Swiggy - Senior Manager - Property Acquisition & Leasing (7-9 yrs)

Job Description:

Areas of Responsibility:

Real estate Management:

- Identify various real estate agents and tie up with them across the cities in the assigned region to source locations.

- Develop city wise location sourcing plan with clear deadlines to meet the expansion plans.

- Understand the business needs and find out locations accordingly by liaising with property consultants, Mall developers and property owners.

Infra Management:

- Scrutinize the properties shortlisted by BD team and check whether they match the organizational requirements.

- Cross-verify all the documents of the shortlisted locations before it is sent to legal team.

- Oversee negotiations for finalising rentals by agents or internal team. Involve personally, on a case to case basis.

- Coordinate with legal team and answer their queries about business decisions.

Stakeholder management:

- Manage the city level Infra team and drive them to achieve the targets.

- Internally coordinate with projects team and landlords during the construction phase to ensure a smooth transition.

- Ensure that the city level Infra team is updated on the norms for property selection, agreement negotiation, rental negotiation etc.

- Assist the National BD & Infra head in terms of meeting the prescribed targets in sourcing locations and managing them effectively.

- Liaise with the regional level stakeholders to ensure end user satisfaction.

- Liaise with Legal, finance, Operations and city business team for BAU and achievement of set targets.
