POSITION:- Senior Manager

DEPARTMENT:- Operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must Have Skill: Java Enterprise Edition
• Should independently Automate reports in Automation Edge Tool (RPA tool)
• Managing the development lifecycle of automation systems, from planning to deployment
• Scoping and prioritizing development activities based on business impact
• Coordinating activities across teams such as business development and IT for timely releases Stakeholder management including working with Vendor.
• Managing timelines, deadlines, feature sets, risks, change requests, releases, and Status reporting
• Managing escalations to ensure timely resolution
• Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements.
• The ability to plan work and meet deadlines with accuracy. Planning and monitoring.

Other skill set:

• Deep skilled RPA, Java developer with hands on coding experience who can Write well designed, testable, efficient code. Good hands on experience with Core JAVA, Multi-threading and Algorithm, SQL.

Educational Qualifications: - Graduate & above

Work Experience: Work Experience: : In developing or Automating reports in RPA
