Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:
o Identify and target potential clients, including corporates, recruitment agencies, and educational institutions.
o Prospect and engage with key decision-makers to understand their hiring needs and promote jobhai.com's suite of recruitment solutions.
2. Closure and Collection:
o Manage prospects, negotiate and freeze on commercials taking them to a logical closure with required documentation and ensure timely collection.
3. Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
o Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, recommendations, and solutions to optimize their recruitment strategies.
4. Consultative Sales Strategy Development:
o Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand jobhai.com's customer base.
o Develop an in-depth understanding of the client’s business and their needs and propose customized solutions.
o Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet clients' specific hiring requirements and address industry challenges.
5. Product Knowledge and Demonstration:
o Stay updated on jobhai.com's products, features, and pricing plans.
o Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and value proposition of jobhai.com's offerings to clients.
6. Market Research and Analysis:
o Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
o Analyze customer feedback and market insights to identify areas for product improvement and innovation.
7. Negotiation and Contract Management:
o Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable and sustainable business agreements.
o Ensure timely and accurate contract execution, working closely with internal legal and finance teams.
8. Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting:
o Monitor sales pipeline, activity metrics, and revenue performance against targets.
o Prepare and present regular reports to management on sales achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
