Senior Manager - GL HR/Senior Manager - GL HR

Manage the overall HR life cycle of all the mapped employees primarily IT and 3in1 vertical employees
Will be a single point of contact for internal stakeholders in all HR related queries
Achieve the target department ESAT score through innovative people initiatives
Use people skills related to employee retention to manage the overall attrition target of the organization
Connect with employees during branch visits, face-to-face and telephonic discussions and gauge the pulse of their engagement with the organization
Manage the key HR processes in terms of process adherence and timelines - Onboarding | Performance Management System | IJP releases | Closure of auto promotions | Exit Management
Ensure the department RR quota is 100% utilized
Prepare monthly HR dashboard and make presentations during HR and business reviews
Support leaders during Own the Branch visits
Work on assigned projects and ensure timely execution

Required Qualifications and Experience
3-5 years of relevant experience
