Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Management

Job Description:

2070 Health is seeking a strategic and results-driven candidate for the position of Manager, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). We are looking for someone who has worked on the entire revenue cycle process, including claims submission, accounts receivable, and payment posting. This role will grow along with the organization as we grow our team in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Setup & Optimization: Collaborate directly with the Head of RCM to build the end-to-end revenue cycle. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to maximize revenue capture and minimize denials.
• End to End RCM: Work on complete RCM workflow from claim submission, account receivables to payment posting, independently at first and by leading the team once the team is put together.
• Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant US healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and internal policies. Stay informed about changes in healthcare laws and payer guidelines affecting the revenue cycle.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clinical, financial, and operational teams to ensure seamless integration of revenue cycle processes with overall business operations. Foster strong relationships with payers, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Technology Utilization: Leverage advanced billing software, electronic medical records (EMR) systems, and analytics tools to enhance revenue cycle efficiency and accuracy. Ensure that the entire team is comfortable with the technology available.
• Financial Reporting: Present regular reports to the leadership team on revenue cycle performance, including financial trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Education: Bachelor s degree in healthcare administration, Finance, Business Management, or a related field. A master s degree or relevant certification is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years o
