Sr Manager - Finance and Accounts

Position : SR Manager - Corporate Finance

Experience : 6-8 years

Industry : Real Estate

Location : East of Kailash, New Delhi.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with various Banks & NBFCs for completing loan documentation.
• Maintain banking relationships.
• Arranging site visits for property valuation, legal opinion for project approvals for Project Funding.
• Taking care of project funding compliances related to legal opinion, Lender Engineer Report/progress report and valuation etc.
• Coordinate with HODs for timely collection of data for preparation of Annual business plan, mid & long term strategic plan and capital allocation for projects.
• Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies.
• Preparation of periodical MIS, data analyst, financial modelling.

Requirements:

• Preferably Qualified CA or MBA (Finance).
• 5 - 8 years related work experience preferably 2-3 years in Real Estate Projects.
