Role Summary:

As an Sr HR, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process, focusing on bulk hiring, onboarding, and facilitating college placements and job fairs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and be open to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including bulk hiring campaigns.
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires.
• Collaborate with educational institutions to organize campus placement drives.
• Attend and represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment partners.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and assist new employees in acclimating to the company culture.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to the HR manager.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in bulk hiring and recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with college placement programs and job fair operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required for recruitment activities.
