Job Description


Responsibility Areas Responsibility Areas:
1. Tracks all KPIs and SLAs set by the clients with strict adherence to Quality parameters
2. SPOC from operations on all data related queries.
3. To generate and update various reports like performance reports, Issue logs, attendance etc.,
4. Reconciliation of data and analysis.
5. Provide inputs to the stack holders on their KRA s and the improvements
6. Daily Performance report on all levels.
7. Ensure timeline/accuracy of Daily/Monthly/Quarterly reports.
8. Publish of adherence report on process and procedures
9. To provide Data for all review pertains to operations
10. Strict adherence to the company policies and procedures.

Formal Education/ Certification
Minimum Qualification: Any Degree ( No Standing Arrears)
Good Knowledge on MS Excel
Knowledge on MS Access
Good in Logical Analytics

Work Experience
3 Year to 5 Years of Relevant Experience

Desired Profile
Should Provide inputs to the stack holders on their KRA s and the improvements
Should be able Track the productivity of FTE s through TMS
Should have ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.

Skills Required
Excellent Typing Skills
Good Computer Skills
Good Communication Skills
