Operational 1) Discussing with end user regarding the requirement and understand the area of usage & application of the required material.

2) Carrying out negotiation with suppliers for the sourcing of machinery, equipment and other consumables items for the state of the art manufacturing facilities by adhering to the company policies.

3) Arranging vendor meets with Commerical manager as and when required to get the best possible price.

4) Vendor follow ups for on time delivery.

5) Sorting out vendor grievances pertaining to bill booking, payments etc.

6) Report any issue related to Delivery price, price, quality that may compromise the supply of the goods, to the commercial manager as soon as the issue is identified.

7) Tying up with internal as external stakeholders to ensure the smoothness of P2P process.

8) Making MIS reports on spend data, no of PR and Po convertion of Capex & consumable, Saving data. 2 Financial 1) Cost saving by various cutting measures i. e introduction new vendor as & when required, alternate makes, consolidating requirement of all plants.

2) Best price negotiation with Best credit period. 3 People 1) Developing and maintaining an effective & collaborative working relationship with Project department, Plant & HO team.

2) Maintaining good relationship with vendors and ensuring quality, price and delivery as committed. 4 Cost saving Evaluate and analyze potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and prepare monthly supply cost reports. 5 Vendor develpoment 1) Development new vendor for the existing as well as for the new requirment related to Plants, HO.
2) Identify suitable vendors, negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices for products and services, and ensure that vendors fulfill the requirment.
