Regulatory - Executive/Senior Executive

Job Summary

• Responsible for development and demonstration of Product Safety Systems
• Responsible for authoring product safety data sheets and label as per exporting country requirements & regulations
• Responsible for development of departmental SOPs
• Responsible for studying scientific and legal documents to check whether they meet regulatory requirements

Skills

• Familiar with Globally Harmonized System (GHS) of Classification, Labelling & Packaging of Chemicals (CLP) regulations
• Should have experience in authoring Product Safety Data Sheets (PSDS) or Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) either manually or through authoring software like WERCS, ChemGes etc
• Should have good knowledge of Global Chemical Regulations and inventories
• Excellent communications skill
• Should have good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Exposure to Gravure, Offset, Ink Jet & UV Inks is desirable
