Sr Executive, Fixed Assets

The Role:

11:11 is looking for a Senior Executive, Fixed Assets whose primary responsibility will be to work as part of the Fixed asset team managing the global population of owned and leased assets. This individual will focus on ensuring assets are capitalized on a timely basis and at the correct location, identify new leases and updating the m in the books and working with operations to track asset movements . This is a full-time position reporting to the Assistant Manager Fixed Assets .

The ideal candidate will be energetic, adaptable, analytical, capable of working within a global business, and knowledgeable of the components that comprise IT/Cloud solutions and resources across an organization.

What You ll Do:

• Working with the Fixed Assets to ensure all assets are fully captured in Oracle and capitalized in each legal entity s books on a timely basis
• Perform monthly fixed assets subledger and CIP reconciliation to the general ledger
• Working with the procurement team and accounting team to capture the details of all new leases and population the leases accounting system.
• Work with the operations team to ensure all assets movements are fully updated on a timely basis through financial records
• Perform reviews of older assets to assess for obsolescence
• Assist with preparation of monthly roll forward schedule reporting
• UK shift working on a permanent basis

• Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies
• Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements
• Additional duties as assigned

Who You Are & What You ll Bring:

• Bachelor s degree in finance, commerce, or a related study or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum 2-4+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Previous experience of working with Fixed Assets and lease accounting
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Experience and proficiency with Oracle ERP
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel for both financial modeling and data processing
• Must have excellent business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good documentation, planning, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and cooperatively with team members
• Must be legally eligible to work in the Pune, India area without a visa sponsorship
