1. Position Asst Manager Stores & Logistics -Delhi NCR

Dept- SCM-Logistics & Stores

Roles & responsibilities:

1. Overall, responsibility for all Stores activities, prepare and manage the Forecasting on monthly basis Inventory handling.
2. Ensure on-time availability of inventory at location & request support from central stores function if needed.
3. Battery
4. Maintain goods in and out documentation filing for AUDIT prospective.
5. Station, BP & Docks Inward & Outward complete ERP documentation & process handling
6. Follow correct battery receiving, quarantine pull back-Reverse logistics from stations and storage process.
7. Lead periodic project reviews and audits, maintaining accurate and timely reporting & Reports.
8. Anticipate and communicate risks and propose risk mitigation plan at warehouse.

2. Position: Executive / Sr Executive Stores & Logistics -Bangalore

Dept- SCM-Logistics & Stores

Roles & responsibilities:

1. Overall Sales Order Creation in ERP for BD & all Customers.
2. ERP STO creation for Station redeployment to sites.
3. ERP GSO -processing and submission to finance.
4. Cadence & Coordination with deployment Operation team for receiving the GSO bills.
5. ESV tracking with FRF pull backs.
6. GSO reports preparation.
7. Maintain accurate data and timely reporting & Reports with respective to AUDIT.
8. Any other material requirements inventory & non-inventory So creation.
9. Maintain all the tax invoices filing & submission to finance.
