Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MIS Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Excel, data presentation, and management information systems. This role involves the collection, analysis, and presentation of data to support decision-making processes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:

• Collect, organise, and maintain data from various sources.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in reports and presentations.

Excel Expertise:

• Develop and manage complex Excel spreadsheets, including the use of advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualisation tools.
• Automate data processing and reporting tasks using Excel macros.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
• Create dashboards and visual reports that simplify data interpretation.

Data Presentation:

• Present data in a clear and concise manner, ensuring it is easily understandable by non-technical stakeholders.
• Use data visualisation tools to enhance the impact of data presentations.

MIS Coordination:

• Work closely with various departments to gather data and understand reporting needs.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and information to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree
• 5 to 7 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
