Job Description
- The Sr. Executive -Supply Planning is responsible for efficiently managing inventory at the warehouse , co-ordination with procurement colleagues and ensuring the indents are delivered timely.
- Manager - Procurement. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
- Maintain the inventory at assigned warehouse as per stock limits
- Study the indents received from the branches and ensure that items are dispatched within the timelines and branches are updated.
- Coordinate between logistics team and warehousing team for incoming and outgoing material.
- High-light the non moving inventories at branch level and liquidate the same through other branches.
- Maintain and publish monthly MIS on indents v/s dispatches
