Protein characterization,.
Buffer preparation UF/DF.
Column chromatography (including packing and evaluation),.
GLP/GMP documentation.
Required Skills.
Proficient in the use of chromatography systems like AKTA and software like Unicorn.
UF/DF using Hollow fibers and Cassette based TFF systems.
Protein characterization using electrophoretic techniques like SDS-PAGE, Native PAGE, Western blotting etc and quantitative methods like Bradford, BCA etc Show more Show less
