Sr Executive - Product Planning

Role & responsibilities:

• Coordinate for developing Marketing Plan for brands to help achieve yearly and long-term plan with respect to sales and product placement in terms of establishment in market and consumer mind space.
• Product life cycle management
• Product planning for Existing products.
• New product planning management, product concept building by market defining, user research and market analysis.
• Dealers visit for understanding of market.
• Market Survey & visit and Customer visit
• Responsible for undertaking all market related aspects like competition analysis, pricing, Opportunities etc. & initiate new product development, new ideas etc.
• Responsible for collecting & collating Market Information, analysing promotional activities of competitors, review advertisement initiatives etc.
• Administer surveys to listen to customers voice through dealer surveys, customer feedback for recommending solutions / ideas towards enhancing the product prospects.
• Play a vital role in Product & Sales coordination for overall smooth functioning of the BU.
• Experiment with new methods of collecting customer views through – dealers, builders, electrical consultants & contractors, and electricians etc.
• Also assist in undertaking Sales Analysis and recommend new ideas, solutions, and innovations.
• New Product Training to Sales
• Technical support to product complaints
• Monthly sales reports & Analysis- Dealer wise, product wise & State wise analysis
