Senior Executive - ADMIN - Coimbatore - Omega Healthcare Pvt ltd

1. Team Manager Admin & Facilities (replacement position, as existing resource resigned)
2. He shall have to be around 35 to 40 yrs of age with adequate knowledge in BPO transport operations.
3. He shall have to be well versed with transport related MIS, daily reports, weekly reports and monthly reports
4. He shall have to have sound knowledge of transport app based operational knowledge and application of the same.
5. He is required to be a team player, having team managing skills, to extract overall output, including daily, weekly & monthly deliverables within TAT
6. He shall be willing to take night shifts and work in flexible shifts including weekend shift schedule and planning of week and weekend cab rosters and deployment
7. He should possess good vendor management skills and coordination expertise, in way to handle and manage the regular operations without any down time for the business
8. He should have necessary expertise in validating all transport invoices prior to processing in line with the approved MIS data and to check/verify for any variations etc if any
