- Manage bill payments related to HR and Admin functions, manage calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Assist in day-to-day office operations and supervise the reception area as needed.
- Coordinate with office boys for external work, ensuring timely execution of tasks based on priority.
- Vendor management: coordinate with vendors for stationery supplies, AMC renewals, repairs, and office equipment replacements.
- Ensure Admin Cost & Budget MIS is maintained, report sharing
- To take lead in employee engagement activities
- To assist the new joinees in completing joining process, coordinate with HR for new joinee transition
- To coordinate with Vodafone/JIO representative for new connections, documentation
- Organize food and refreshment arrangements for official events and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain office housekeeping standards and handle conference room scheduling.
- Track and manage office insurance policies, obtain renewal quotes, and process payments on approval.
- Support the HR team with additional tasks as required.
- Assist with any other duties assigned by management
- Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in vendor management and office administration.
- Basic knowledge of IT issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
