Below are the details:

• Position: Senior Executive - QA
• Experience: 8 to 11 years
• Qualification: B.Pharmacy / M.Pharm - QA / M.Sc
• Job location: Kamothe, Panvel
• Industry: Pharmaceuticals (Semi Solids, OSD, Penicillin OSD)

Role & responsibilities

1. In charge of all software linked to quality systems.
2. Responsible for the activities related to Semi solids, OSD, Penicillin OSD plants.
3. Preparation of documents required for the cGMP system.
4. In-process controls during production, packaging & maintaining records.
5. To review QAMS documents & batch records, validation records, and equipment qualifications records. To review tech pack received from customer, APQR & other documents.
6. To control and issue Batch Manufacturing records.
7. To ensure all production equipments qualified.
8. To ensure BMR is complete at each stage.
9. To check protocols and reports of validation.
10. To prepare Validation protocols & master plans.
11. Final Review of batch manufacturing & Packing records.
12. Responsible for preparation & execution of Mock recall.
13. Responsible for communication & co-ordination with customers & vendors for smooth working.
14. Responsible for Final approval of Batch Manufacturing records in software.
15. Responsible for QA Coordinator for software like change control, CAPA, Deviations, CCT, ETDs & product complaints.
16. Responsible for final approval of SOPs & protocols in software.
17. Review of batch manufacturing records, & release of finished product batches.
18. Review of stability data of the product.
19. Responsible for conducting Vendor Audit.
20. Review & prepare batch manufacturing records & other records as per requirements.
21. To conduct the self-inspection.
22. Sign all Master documents.
23. Responsible for review of all GMP documents and QAMS events of Dahej site.
