We are a fast-growing company in the Pharmaceutical Industry, looking for a Executive / Sr. Executive to join our legal team.

- Trademark Search, filing, Drafting, Opposition (All stages), Examination Reply, Hearing.
- Legal Notices related to Employee, IP Infringement, Govt. Authority of INDIA, Coordinating with Law Firms for the same.
- Legal Drafting and vetting of various types of agreements related to Manufacturing, Licensing, Service, Advisor, Distribution, Supply, Consultancy, MoU.
- Litigation Civil Court Proceedings at respective Courts and Case management, Court Hearing.
- Legal Research Conduct legal research whenever required in Intellectual Property Law, Contract Law and other Civil laws.
- Accountability - Documentation and Invoices.
- Portfolio Management related to Trademark, Invoice, Deadline.
- Legal Notices related to Employee, IP Infringement, Govt. Authority of INDIA, Coordinating with Law Firms for the same.
