Implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and minimize holding costs.
Data Reporting:
Generate reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and other key performance indicators.
Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with production teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and quality control, to streamline processes.
Space Optimization:
Optimize warehouse space to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of inventory items.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Inventory Executive or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a team-oriented environment.
