Executive / Senior Executive - Tele caller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to identify and recruit prospective FundsIndia Partners.
• Explain the FundsIndia Partner program, its benefits, and growth opportunities effectively.
• Address queries and provide detailed information to potential partners.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to onboard them successfully.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and recruitment progress.
• Achieve recruitment targets within the stipulated time frame.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust over the phone.
• Basic understanding of financial services and mutual funds is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional languages preferred.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, recruitment, or sales roles.
