Your Role:
The primary role as a DCRM is to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that the software and systems developed align with business requirements. With respect to DCRM (Direct Digital Customer Relationship Management), the DCRM must also be able to have clinical marketing abilities to assess the campaign content and align the same with the clinical team. The incumbent will need to help setup and manage all data setup, consumers insights and product analysis. To be at the forefront of leveraging data to drive innovation, optimize processes, and enhance the overall effectiveness of our digital health solutions. The person will conduct the conversion of data into insights that will lead to informed business decisions.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Requirement gathering and prioritization:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Document and analyze business requirements and workflows. Interact with the DCRM vendor and liaison for campaigns within internal stakeholders as well.
• Co-ordinate in translation of business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams including queries to be run on database to ensure that the cohorts are complete.
• Support in detailing data requirements analyses for design and deployment of data models.
• Operate to optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining, and engineering as well as modelling, visualization, and communication outputs.

1. Business Co-ordination:

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Communicate post campaign processes to operations and local IT teams.
• Ensure that the right phone numbers and email IDs are shared in communications to patients and track the patient interactions at a high level.
• Present patient engagement tracker to internal teams (Number of campaigns, clicks, interactions, return rate, conversions, revenue generated, visits)
• Collaborate with Engineering and DevOps teams for deployment.
• Stay abreast of healthcare data regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring all data-led innovations adhere to industry standards and legal frameworks.
• Liaison with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding and enthusiasm for data-driven initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with organizational goals and fosters innovation in digital health.
  

1. Project Management:

• Assist project manager at Aster digital health in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
• Connect with unit teams to follow up on campaign conversions.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan.

1. Analysis and reporting:

• Work closely with DCRM vendor and support in analyzing the campaigns run for various cohorts across multiple units.
• Create customized dashboards for unit heads and Aster Digital health CEO to view the MIS in a snapshot across multiple time periods.
• Escalate any areas of concern to both the DCRM vendor as well as Aster leadership to debottleneck issues. Provide data analysis and strategic insights to help accelerate the sales growth and showcase the digital user behavior. To extract actionable insights, identify trends, and inform decision-making processes, ensuring data integrity and security throughout.
• Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Develop prototypes and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and validate the feasibility and impact of data-led innovations in a healthcare setting.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors / Masters in design, computer science, Data Science, computer engineering, information technology, or relevant field.
• 3-4 years of core experience in managing and analyzing Big Data.
• Proven experience in data analysis and innovation management within the healthcare or digital health sector.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, machine learning, and emerging technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Data Studio.
• Hands-on experience in SQL / Big Query or any programming language is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in Tableau or Power PI or other visualization tools.
• Knowledge of Programming Languages - R/Python preferred.
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred. Proven track-record of consistent project delivery, and designing and developing complex, interactive consumer sites/software in a variety of domains like BFSI, E-Commerce, Pharma, Manufacturing and Telecom.
• Solid understanding of data tools and proficient in translating data to business intelligence.
