Urgently required Executive / Sr. Executive - Printing

Role & responsibilities

Working knowledge on atleast a 6 stations roto gravure machine ELS machine.

To inspect and examine printed products for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications and external defects.

To set and adjust the right speed, temperature, ink flow, positions, pressure tolerances of equipment's

To examine job orders determining details such as quantities to be printed, production times, stock specifications, colors and color sequences.

To monitor feeding, printing and racking processes of presses to maintain specified operating levels and to detect malfunctions , troubleshooting as and when necessary.

To operate the machine at efficient speed so as to ensure proper ink coverage, alignment and registration.

To match shade as per customer approved sample.

Maintain continuous inspection of job specification and collecting production run samples as required.

Follow all safety and operational procedures.

Complete production records in ERP and maintain log book recordings of the same.

Ensuring cleanliness of machine and immediate work area.

Assist in machine repairs.

Complete weekly machine maintenance.

Preferred candidate profile

Should have operated 8-9 color roto gravure printing machine.

Knowledge of printing on different films and substrate.

Candidate should preferably from printing, packaging, converting, coating industry.
