Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead procurement coordinator of Amneal global projects
• Ability to build relationships and earn trust of existing and potential suppliers
• Negotiate complex contract terms and conditions
• Technical expert to understand and communicate business requirement to the supplier for effective and efficient project execution
• Establish and coordinate project management plans and task execution related to procurement, supply agreement and technical requirement to support the project from initiation till regulatory filing, approval and successful launch
• Lead cross-functional business review sessions to optimize performance with supplier network partners
• Prepare analysis on supply base in compliance with Amneals requirement and expectation from technical and commercial front
• Develop presentation content, coordinate drafting of reports, and edit documents for preparation of business development activities
• Prepare metrics for dashboards and monitor supplier performance along with managing action plans to improve metrics
• Ensure suppliers are in compliance with agreed Supply Agreements, aligned with business and technical requirements

Preferred candidate profile

• Master Degree required, with concentration in regulatory affairs, quality assurance or pharmaceutics preferred. Materials Management and/or Supply Chain can be considered.
• Three (3) to Five (5) years experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry preferred
• Critical reasoning skills
• Business acumen with attention to detail
• Demonstrated knowledge of technical operations processes and the ability to assess third-party capabilities.
• Pro-active, independent, self-starter personality
• Collaborative skills in an entrepreneurial, growth organization
• Executes tasks timely and to established schedule
• Ability to interact and effectively communicate to all levels within organization
• Ready to work in different time zones to coordinate suppliers worldwide as well as Amneals global team
