Senior Executive/ Junior Manager-Persistency

Opening for the position of Senior Executive/ Junior Manager in Customer Retention team.

Job profile includes driving collections from customers, Manage MISs , Regulatory Reports, Analytics & Initiate system related development for various automation of MIS’s in order to increase Persistency across Channel and Persistency stages.

Key Responsibility

1. MIS

• Ability to understand the MIS requirements from various stakeholders.
• Create impactful MIS/Reports for Renewal Collection & Persistency updates, Analysis.
• Responsible for all regular MISs & Regulatory reports
• Data base management and analysis

2. Campaign management

Designing & launch Contests for Sales Team & Branch Operations Team for driving Persistency/Renewals post needful analysis

3. System Development

Liaise with IT team to give requirements on system developments for Renewal Collection processes.
