Job Description

  • Experience:3 to 5 years in Plastic Injection Moulding Industry
  • Location:Abhijeet Industries Pvt Ltd- Sanand
  • Qualifications: B.E. (MECHANICAL)
  • Skill Set:
  • Develop detailed APQP time plan to track the progress of projects.
  • Perform feasibility study risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Weekly APQP review MOM preparation based on the progress.
  • FTG tracking to ensure availability allocation of resources.
  • Follow ECN/PCN to manage changes in product process during development.
  • PPAP submission BEON submission
  • Build concern action plan finalization effectiveness monitoring
  • FMEA development Conduct SPC study
  • Conduct MSA study Prepare issue control of quality plan
  • 10. 100% PIST before regular production handover
  • DVP monitoring for new projects
  • Internal customer PTR before handover to regular production AAR approvals
