- DFM Review with customer for Tool design kick off.
- Fixture development follow up with sub suppliers for Heat sealing Testing Operations.
- BOM Preparations for the projects.
- Tracking purchase team for the BOP RM for the build.
- Creating SAP item code for the new development parts and RM.
- Taking Molding, Heat sealing trial and preparing trial report for freezing standard parameters.
- Document Preparation PPAP ,MSA, SPC studies for the new development parts
- Preparing action plan report for the Audit open points in PPAP Audit.
- Packing standard development for the parts as per the customer requirement and approval process.
