Senior Executive - Finance - Indirect Tax

Qualification & Expérience : CA

Technical Skills/ Experience : Handled Indirect tax with experience of 5- 8 years

Responsibility :

The person will be completely responsible for Indirect including independently handing Goods and Service Tax, Customs. Knowledge of Direct Tax is preferred. Indirect Tax

• Responsible for all GST compliances, including GST audits / assessments for all plants across India

• To handle cases/litigations at various levels

• Review & finalize the submissions made to tax authorities

• Support/Guidance to Business teams concerning GST impacts

• Supervise and Manage Rebates/refund for export sales

• Supervise all EXIM-related activities

• Supervise all CUSTOMS-related activities

• Supervise all State Incentives schemes and avail the same

• Handling of initial level assessments independently

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Indirect Taxation laws Goods and Service Tax, Customs Law, Laws and procedures for Amalgamation/mergers, demergers and acquisition.

• Knowledge of Assessment proceedings and scrutiny matters and best practices in Industry.

• Ability to respond
