Roles Responsibilties : S.No Accountabilities Responsibilities 1 Accounts Closing and Liasoning with external auditors

Ensuring accurate/ timely closure of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual accounts of PFB BOPP DTA-2

Ensuring that all external audits are carried out without any major adverse comments / objection.

2 Builds checks controls

Designing and implementing checks and controls in all financial transactions relating to Inventory

3 Satisfying Internal Customers

Providing timely and accurate information to Satisfy the Internal customers which are the other processes, Corporate.

4 Finance Audit- Cost Audit, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit etc.

*Acting as an auditor i.e. be the first point check for all data being given by the Indore plant.

5 Regulatory Compliance

Ensure 0% non-compliance on a continuous basis of various regulations GST, Income Tax, Customs etc.

6 Insurance Management

Ensure proper cover for all time of insurance marine, FA etc. and timely filing of insurance claim realization

7 Compliance

Assisting the Head office Finance team in reconciliation submission of GSTR I Return data to corporate taxation

8 Identification of Occupational Health Safety risks and Process Safety Hazard and other standard requirements to develop control measures to minimize/eliminate them. Improve safety consciousness amongst employees and emergency management.

Follow the applicable statutory requirements, ISO45001, ISO 50001, ISO9001, ISO22000, ISO14001, SA 8000BSC Five Star OHS and Process safety audit latest requirements.

Follow ensure implementation of SHE Policy, MAPP and Wellbeing Policy within your department.

Ensure HIRA, JSA, Audit Internal/External Compliance Audit, incident Reporting and investigations, SAE Rounds, health surveillance, work permit audit OHS/PSM performance and improvements in review meetings

Regularly attend the Health Safety Committee meetings.

Ensure participation in implementation of onsite emergency plan and participation of stakeholders from your respective area in safety training, emergency preparedness plan testing and review.

Identify symptoms of Mental health of employees in his/her department and co-ordinate with mental health first aiders for appropriate action
