1. Ensure &Update Daily (1) Preventive Check Sheet Electrical & Mechanical as per plan (2) predicative maintenance (3) Breakdown maintenance (4) Poka yoke verification Check sheet (5) Diesel consumption Monitoring (6) Electrical Consumption Monitoring Panel wise
2. Stock Monitoring of Critical Spares in Register
3. List of Machine & Utilities Review on Monthly basis
4. IATF documentation with audits, Cost reduction, spares control.
5. Responsible to handle Poka-yoke, Kaizen & TPM activities.
6. Why-Why analysis, MTBF and MTTR
7. Working on PLC make machine & assemble fixtures control
8. Handle up to DG set & air compressor, Substation (22/0.433KV), APFC with operation & maintenance Panel
9. compliance and safety measures at all level
10. Lead Improvement activity
11. Auditing maintenance activities and ensuring zero downtime
12. Supervise work assignments of the team
13. Planned & emergency maintenance work
14. Experience in JIT Assembly line preferred .
