POSITION: Package Expeditor - Sr. Engineer/ Dy. Manger (EPC)

Designation: Sr. Engineer / Dy. Manager

Location: Pune

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Expedite project procurement by following up with Supply Chain Management (SCM) and vendors.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Planning teams to ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Coordinate with site teams for project support.
• Attend meetings with clients and other stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive records of project activities and communications.

KEY FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:

• Experience in handling packages in Balance of Plant such as bullet mounted tanks, water systems, vaporizers, compressed air systems, cranes, etc.
• Understanding of the Master Document List for each package, including lists of items and equipment.
• Basic review of vendor offers.
• Knowledge of export and import formalities.
• Coordination with vendor invoices.
• Basic understanding of subcontracts.
• Understanding Safety Standards and Requirements for Project site is Must.

KEY BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:

• Willingness to travel as required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Effective coordination abilities.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Essential Qualification: B.E (Electrical / Instrumentation)
• Preferred Qualification: -- NICMAR
• Experience: 8-12 Years
• Age: 30-34 Years
• Industry / Functional Area: EPC industry / Project Management / Steel or Power Plant
