Senior Engineer - Utility

Adhere to the maintenance schedule for the respective utility (power systems/ forklifts etc.) and complete activities as per pre-defined timelines

¢ Track spares consumption and raise indents for requirements in a timely manner

¢ Maintain adequate spares inventory for maintenance activities and follow up with Stores for requirements

¢ Support the HOD in implementing energy/ resource conservation initiatives across the plant

¢ Ensure adherence with utility related compliances such as pollution/ ETP norms as may be applicable; Highlight deviations to the HOD

¢ Support the HOD in obtaining legal and environmental compliance associated with utilities, including liasoning with Government Statutory Authorities such as Electricity Board, Pollution Control Board etc for compliances (air/ water/ pollution etc.)

¢ Update utility related MIS on SAP in a periodic manner

¢ Coordinate with the PE department for executing utility connection for new machinery

¢ Ensure timely completion of all stages of Performance Appraisal Process

¢ Undergo trainings to update skills for enhancing productivity
