Responsible for managing the NPI program.

- Works withproduction and quality team for delivery, quality to drive customersatisfactions.
- RFQProcessing-Ensure that the Costing team is provided with list of NRE related tothe product Also mention special/ new processes if any.
- Establishseamless transition from Design through Prototype to Pilot and into ProductionOperator training for unique process(es).
- Jigs &Fixtures Development -Ensure the production team is provided with required Jigs& Fixtures.
- To trainoperators on any specific Product requirements.
