Meets regularly with business leaders, IT leaders, and his/her team to formulate, coordinate, and implement IT solutions and practices that best fit business needs while also maintaining security and other business and legal protocol
Works closely with Human Resources, Recruiters, and Leadership regarding all team personnel matters, including hiring, termination of employment, and/or discipline of team members.
Conducts and oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations for the EUC Engineering team, as well as govern project pipelines
Delegates and assigns special tasks and projects to team members
Travels to meet with team members, supervise projects, conduct interviews, and meet with leadership
Provides team members with regular, informal feedback, instructions, and direction, and solicits as well as provides semi and yearly formal feedback and performance reviews
Coordinates work schedules and maintains business trouble and task coverage
Oversees, assigns, and directs resources in overseeing the team s ticket queue
Oversees team efforts to understand technical issues, and devise, document, and implement best troubleshooting and resolution practices

Driving consistent improvements to raise the quality and efficiency of desktop management service provided to all employees
Ensuring internal groups are fully coordinated through hardware and software deployment life cycles
Providing technical/personal mentorship and guidance to team members on a regular basis
Proven ability to work on multiple projects concurrently with ease, maintaining organizational standards across each project
Qualifications
Minimum Education Requirements:
Bachelor s degree required or equivalent experience
Minimum Experience Requirements:
5+ years of progressively responsible experience as an EUC Engineer or related role
Other Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server (2008-2019), Windows 7/8/10 and Mac OS
Experience with workstation management system and desktop imaging
Knowledge of Office 365 and Exchange
MCSE certification or equivalent work experience preferred
