TIBCO Senior Developer

Role:

The ideal candidate should be a proficient software engineering professional with a good understanding of SOA patterns, Integration design and development with knowledge of RESTful API design, along with significant experience of industry leading integration suites and API gateway solutions, preferably including TIBCO suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design high complexity integration platform solutions on Tibco. Deliver technical designs on Integration platforms, particularly TIBCO while also maintaining high quality delivery adhering to SOA/Integration standards.
• Work closely with the tech lead /architect for requirement analysis and effort estimation.
• Help to resolve technical issues and mitigate technical risks across the Domain technical portfolio
• Groom junior members with guidance on best practices and domain standards to continuously improve the overall delivery quality for the scrum team.
• Provide insights & value additions through code reviews of peers and juniors from the team. Also assist & guide junior developers in the team in technical issues & optimizations.
