Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to understand and define integration requirements. Configure, deploy, and optimize TIBCO middleware components to ensure high performance and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to TIBCO integration solutions. Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate TIBCO products with existing systems and applications. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Stay updated on TIBCO product releases, industry trends, and best practices. Participate in the development of integration strategies and roadmaps.
