Location : Banglore

- Oversee all Tableau reporting projects and manage the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering to implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

- Lead and mentor a team of Tableau developers, fostering a collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

- Engage in regular communication with stakeholders, managing expectations, gathering feedback, and providing project updates.

- Set data visualization standards, enforce best practices, and provide training to the team to enhance their Tableau and data visualization skills.

- Drive data governance, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with company standards.

- Monitor and optimize team performance, providing technical guidance and resolving challenges as needed.

- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated issues, troubleshooting complex data and technical issues, and implementing solutions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 7 to 20 years

- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data transformation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Proactive approach to learning and staying current with Tableau updates, features, and data visualization trends.

- Demonstrated experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects

simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in training, mentoring, and performance management.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams, including IT, Marketing, Sales, and Finance, to gather requirements and deliver effective reporting solutions.

- Project management certification (PMP, Agile) is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Advanced Tableau certifications (Desktop Certified Associate, Certified Professional).

- Experience with Tableau development and administration.

- Familiarity with other BI tools like Power BI, Blitz, etc.

- Experience with ETL tools and data integration platforms.

- Experience with various databases, MS SQL, Oracle etc.

- Experience with Oracle ERP is an additional advantage.
