A Senior Project Manager at Anchanto plays a crucial role in ensuring successful project and product deliveries for our global customers. The role involves managing projects from kick-off to go-live, adhering to PMO processes and best practices.

• Minimum 12 years of experience as a Project Manager, with at least 5 years in the Supply Chain domain within large global enterprises.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, with mandatory experience in Logistics/Supply Chain.
• Experience in developing, delivering, and supporting end-to-end engagements in the Supply Chain domain.
• Expertise in the implementation and sustenance of Project Management Best Practices.
• Strong data-driven approach to solutioning.
• Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
• Outstanding stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated success in managing simultaneous, end-to-end project deliveries.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

• Manage multiple client relationships and ensure clear communication to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Actively engage with customers to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Independently lead meetings and manage both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, track and report project deliverables, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Effectively manage project scope to ensure adherence to schedule, cost, and quality.
• Oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables meet agreed objectives.
• Provide weekly status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as the single point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
