Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with 5-7 years of experience to drive AI and machine learning initiatives in solving complex business problems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with big data processing, and expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling. This role involves both hands-on development and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and anomaly detection.
• Work with large-scale datasets, building and optimizing data pipelines for analytics and modeling.
• Apply statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and feature engineering to improve model accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define data-driven strategies.
• Implement big data processing frameworks such as PySpark, Hadoop, and Databricks.
• Stay up to date with AI advancements, including deep learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
• Optimize models for scalability and deployment in production environments.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in model development and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in data science, AI, and machine learning.
• Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Hands-on experience with PySpark, Spark, or other distributed computing frameworks.
• Proficiency in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders.
