Purpose of the Job:

- We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our dynamic Data Science and Product Engineering team.

- As part of this team, you will play a crucial role in solving complex business and engineering challenges using predictive models, heuristics, and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research on input topics related to business requirements.

- Generate innovative ideas for features and models necessary to address various problems within our ad server system.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into our core business applications.

Build robust machine learning models, including but not limited to:

- Logistic regression

- Decision trees

- Natural Language Processing (NLP) models

- Neural networks

- Fine-tune models for optimal accuracy and performance.

- Work with diverse databases to prepare and preprocess data for model training.

- Ensure seamless integration of machine learning solutions with our business applications.

- Demonstrate strong programming skills (Python/Java) to create efficient and scalable models.

- Exhibit proficiency in data structures and algorithms.

- Write effective database queries to extract, transform, and load data for model training and evaluation.

Qualifications Requirement:

- B.Tech/M.Tech/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Statistics from a Tier 1/2 college.

- 4-8 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or related fields.

- Prior experience in Product development preferred

- Expertise in writing Python/Java code for model development.

- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
