Role : Senior Data Scientist

Location : Hyderabad

Role Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist with specialized knowledge in large language models (LLM), natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning algorithms.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and deploying advanced NLP models, as well as working with foundational models such as GPT variants.

This is a contract role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some remote work. Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less are preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy advanced NLP models like BERT, Transformers, and their variants.

- Build and enhance foundational models such as GPT for text generation, question answering, summarization, and conversational solutions.

- Lead the development and deployment of large-scale LLM solutions, ensuring models are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.

- Maintain a comprehensive library of prompts, which can be customized for various business use cases.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in LLM literature, and incorporate cutting-edge techniques into our solutions.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems.

- Apply best practices for model serialization, API development, cloud services, containerization, monitoring, and security.

- Continuously improve model performance through rigorous testing, tuning, and debugging.

Qualifications and Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in large language models (LLM), NLP, and machine learning.

- At least 1-2 years of experience working with ChatGPT/OpenAI or similar text generation and foundational models in real-time applications.

- Strong expertise in Python programming, with proficiency in NLP and machine learning libraries.

- Demonstrated experience in LLM literature analysis and application of the latest advancements in the field.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and debug code.

- Hands-on experience with deployment technologies including model serialization, API development, cloud platforms, containerization (e., Docker), monitoring tools, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model deployment and scaling.

- Knowledge of security best practices related to AI and machine learning systems.
