Senior Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Work cross-functionally with business managers, product managers, engineers, and data scientists to gather requirements and understand business processes.
Design, develop, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructures
Architect and manage end-to-end data analytics pipelines.
Implement data science frameworks to enable organization-wide R&D.
Apply DevOps processes for deployment and maintenance of production-level systems.
Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
Maintain quality processes to ensure requirements are met.
Document all aspects of design, implementation, testing, and release.
Required Technical Skills:
Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure) - Expertise in application of native cloud services.
Data Engineering - Experience with large-scale and reliable data systems (Big Data).
Data Stores - Proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, NoSQL, etc.
Data Ingestion & Integration - Strong knowledge of data integration tools and frameworks.
Workflow Management - Experience with ETL/ELT pipeline design and automation.
ServiceNow & Snowflake Integration - Experience in this area is a plus.
Familiarity with MS Power BI, MS Power Apps, Python & R would be an added advantage

Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Ability to convert business requirements into analytical solutions.
Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in lean agile scrum processes to continuously deliver value.
Self-motivated, eager to explore new technologies and approaches.

Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or Related fields

Experience: 6 - 8 years of relevant experience
