Consultant/Senior Consultant - Oracle EPM Module (6-8 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Oracle EPM Consultant/Senior Consultant with 6-8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EPM Planning solutions, including both custom and out-of-the-box modules.

The ideal candidate will excel in creating and optimizing calculation scripts, interpreting complex technical requirements, and building effective solutions.

Strong expertise in report writing is essential to deliver insightful and actionable outputs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation of Oracle EPM Planning modules, including Financial Close, Strategic Modeling, Workforce Planning, and more.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing EPM implementations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to EPM Planning.

- Design, develop, and maintain complex Calc Scripts for efficient data calculations, data loads, and data validations.

- Optimize existing Calc Scripts for performance and accuracy.

- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective EPM Planning solutions.

- Design and document detailed solution architectures, including system integrations and data flows.

- Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide insightful and actionable information to business users.

- Utilize EPM Planning reporting tools to create dynamic and interactive reports.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.

- Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Qualifications:

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EPM Planning solutions.

- Proven expertise in Calc Script development, including advanced functions and troubleshooting.

- Strong understanding of Oracle EPM Planning architecture and best practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with EPM Automation and integrations with other enterprise applications (ERP, CRM).

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
