Senior Manager - Business Development (US Market) | SaaS Procurement Software | Zycus

What You'll Do:

- Lead & Mentor - Manage a high-performing business development team to drive revenue growth

- Strategize & Execute - Develop go-to-market strategies for our SaaS procurement solutions

- Identify & Target - Research new markets, build strategic partnerships, and expand our client base

- Build Relationships - Engage with key decision-makers to position Zycus as their procurement transformation partner

- Drive Results - Oversee sales pipelines, forecasts, and ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration

What We're Looking For:

- 8+ years of experience in business development, SaaS sales, or enterprise software, with 3+ years in leadership

- Proven expertise in procurement solutions - knowledge of sourcing, contract management, etc. is a plus

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
