Description:

• Experience in selling software and consulting services towards the US Market. Should be willing to work in EST time Zone(i.e. between 5:30pm to 2:30am IST)
• Prospect, identify, and contact potential customers to accurately assess customer needs relative to the characteristics of their business.
• Hunting and gathering with strategic target accounts.
• Maintain and expand relationships with strategic accounts. C- Level relationship and mapping.
• Responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
• Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
• Develop client relationships at the CXO level, sell solutions, professional services and/or IT software services.
• Solid understanding of IT services offering Able to communicate the strengths of company's offerings, and overcome objections.
• Handling Accounts & Nurturing new Accounts to grow them into a diversified customer base in a specialist niche market
• Proven experience of delivering sales growth via targeting new verticals, sourcing contacts, developing messaging and delivering structured sales campaigns.
• Possess high energy and enthusiasm, and the ability to maintain consistent levels of activity to achieve calling and lead generation quotas.
• Possess professional business telephone communication skills, and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Lead Generation - penetrate and establish initial contact and gather information.
• Ability to identify the decision maker and be comfortable calling and dealing with both business and technical executives and managers.
• Possess high energy and enthusiasm, and the ability to maintain consistent levels of activity to achieve calling and lead generation quotas.
• Possess professional business telephone communication skills, and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Meet or exceed targets for both prospecting and generating qualified leads.
• Be self-motivated, and have the ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision.
• Be goal-oriented, and have the ability to consistently meet or exceed calling and opportunity generation quotas.
