Job Overview :

We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager to drive finance-focused initiatives and ensure seamless project delivery within the CFO Office.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial analysis, stakeholder management, and cross-functional project leadership.

You will oversee end-to-end projects, collaborating with finance, analytics, and technology teams to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management :

- Plan, execute, and close projects aligned with CFO Office strategies.

- Coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Financial Analysis & Reporting :

- Develop and review financial models, dashboards, and performance reports.

- Present key insights to senior stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.

Stakeholder Coordination :

- Serve as the primary liaison between finance, analytics, and technical teams.

- Facilitate clear communication to align project objectives with business goals.

Process Improvement & Innovation :

- Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and implement best practices.

- Explore new tools, including AI and advanced analytics, to optimize financial operations.

Team Collaboration :

- Guide junior analysts, sharing expertise in financial modeling and project best practices.

- Foster an environment of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications :

Education & Experience :

- Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA in Finance is a plus.

- 4+ years of experience in finance, consulting, or project management (CFO Office exposure highly preferred).

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in financial modeling (Excel) and familiarity with analytics tools (Power BI, etc.)

- Basic understanding of AI/machine learning concepts beneficial.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for C-level and cross-functional audiences.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
