Job Description :
- We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in analytics to join our team.
- We prefer candidates who can join us immediately and have experience in the supply chain industry.
- 5-7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Should have good exposure/experience of working on JIRA, Confluence and Azure Devops.
- Should be able to work with the external partners and design the integration workflows.
- Should have a good understanding of supply chain processes in transportation domain.
- You should have worked on any of below domain :
1. Transportation and logistics.
2. Supply chain management.
3. Engineering and infrastructure.
4. Consulting firms.
Desirable Skills :
Familiar with rail operations and processes.
- Should be good at preparing project presentation and data analysis.
- Familiar with data presentation tool like Power BI or Tableau.
Responsibilities :
- Gather requirements by participating in requirements gathering workshop, map existing processes and develop to-be processes for global customers.
- Collaborate with product owners to determine scope of the project or feature and have clear understanding of the vision.
- Conduct interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
- Identify and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
- Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
- Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
- Develop and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specification is correctly interpreted.
- Prepare Test Plans, Test Cases and conduct System Integration testing based on the elicited requirements.
- Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
- Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally and through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors and work along with the team in integrating the external application with the inhouse product.
- Develop and present value proposition including system demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders.
